Launched in August of 2023, the Shoulder Check initiative is making an impact nationwide. From NHL arenas to local ice rinks. From College campuses to community playgrounds. From corporate hallways to middle school homerooms. From Wall Street to your street. And every in between.

The Shoulder Check exists to help young men and women check in on one another. We’re working to create the space for people to allow themselves that moment of vulnerability to raise a hand and ask for help. It’s something we can all play a role in.

A Shoulder Check is something everyone can do. It’s as simple as a “hey, how’s it going?” to ensure the person next to you feels appreciated, supported and loved.
