The Shoulder Check is a simple way to let your teammates know you’re there for them. Join in alongside a growing list of teams from the NHL, PWHL, AHL, and players from local leagues and organizations across the country who have already made the Shoulder Check Commitment.

Rep the Blue — grab your team kit at shouldercheck.org/shop. Blue laces, jersey patches, helmet stickers, and bracelets for every player on your roster. Hockey and sport kits available.
Run your first activation — lace up in blue, circle up before warmups, and say it out loud together. We'll send you the script and everything you need to make it happen.
Share your moment — tag @theshouldercheck on Instagram when you activate. Your moment inspires the next team and we want to share it.
